Been losing weight since i started work. Finding it difficult.

Basically I started work over a month ago in a bank in London. Problem is, it has really stressed me out and now I don't get nearly as much time to eat and rest in regards to workouts. It feels like I am just very stressed all of the time and losing weight. I miss meals sometimes and that ****s up my metabolism so i feel tierd and i'm losing muscle mass most likely. It is horrible but I can't quit my job and leave this life because i have signed for one year in a house.

I have the same problem, I'm currently underweight only weighing eight & a half stone for me I noticed not being at work for a week I gained half a stone. Now I'm just having a much bigger breakfast in the mornings helps & eating whenever you have a chance but I understand its hard with not much time on you're hands.
