Basically I started work over a month ago in a bank in London. Problem is, it has really stressed me out and now I don't get nearly as much time to eat and rest in regards to workouts. It feels like I am just very stressed all of the time and losing weight. I miss meals sometimes and that ****s up my metabolism so i feel tierd and i'm losing muscle mass most likely. It is horrible but I can't quit my job and leave this life because i have signed for one year in a house.
What are your thoughts?
