If you want my biased opinion, Geography. Its my fav subject

Well I'd recommend taking geography because it ties in well with economics and if you're really working towards the medicine route, physics isn't as important. What matters is that you get good grades in chemistry and biology. If you enjoy economics then you'll most likely enjoy geography too. Ultimately though you should make you're decision based on whether you enjoy physics or not because that will probably determine whether you do well in the subject.

Physics, for me seems incredibly hard if you're not doing Maths alongside it. Many universities want Chemistry and one other science, which you have. I'm doing Chemistry, Biology, Economics and Geography for AS this year and they all tie in really well. If you can, I recommend you pickup AS maths next year if you can handle it to increase your chances, but again its not a necessity
