For 60k you could have yourself ~150 Lumia 930s
Or about one Surface Pro 3 i7.

Apart from the old immunosupressants and all the other risks associated with transplants/surgery in general issue.
Then yeah, I suppose, as long as we have a hypothetical unlimited supply of suitable healthy kidneys for you that magically work perfectly...

pretty sure you can buy one back. if you sold yours to someone who needed it, pretty sure you could buy one back when you need it.

but essentially its a matter of accounting.
Yes, at perhaps a massively inflated price compared to what you sold yours for (and illegally).

Not to mention it needs to be a match and your body may reject it.

And the operation will not take place in a clean, safe hospital with top, well qualified doctors.

And lots of other problems too.

Can you actually 'donate' a kidney in exchange for money to real doctors on like the NHS or something?

And what would be the going rate for a healthy kidney?
That is not donating though- that is selling.
I don't think you can sell your Kidney or any other organ in this country.

Turnover. Can't comment on profit without having any experience in the field.
