Student Pharmacy Tech / NHS - Interview Tips?

I have an interview for a student pharmacy tech position on Monday and I was wondering if anyone knew what I should expect from the interview.

Maybe what to expect from NHS interviews in general? Is there anything they always do the same? Should I definitely expect a panel for example?

Normally there is a panel of about 2-3 people.
The questions they ask normally expect an example like give an example when you worked in a team/ under pressure etc.
In NHS job interviews i been too one of the panel writes down your answers and the others ask you questions.

Anyone else? The interview has been moved back a few days and I'm panicking a bit. It's been a long time since my last interview and I never was any good at them.
