    I just fried some sausages, they were in the pan for about 20/25 minutes on a medium/low heat. They were brown almost burnt on the outside but the inside were still quite pink. I cut them and felt them in the middle and they were quite hot, but I was able to keep my finger there at least a few seconds before it starting to burn. They were richmond. Were they undercooked enough to make me ill?

    Richmond sausages always come out like that don't worry about it.

    I've had hundreds of the things and I'm still here.

    I do often vomit blood not long after eating them but I put that down to coincidence.
