How long is my LNAT score good for?

I wrote the LNAT back on Januar 23rd 2006 and I'm applying to law at many a school for entry in September 2007. I will be applying before the end of this year, and I've heard that the LNAT is valid for one year. Will I still be allowed to use this score towards my application?

PS score was 22 so I really want to use it.

Thanks for your help

I THINK scores are valid indefinitely but universities usually request for the score of a test taken in the year preceding your year of admission.

Someone who's actually more familiar with this system should come along soon enough to clarify/confirm though.

If I took the LNAT last year, is my result carried forward?
No. If you are reapplying through UCAS this year, you must also take the LNAT afresh this year. Every new UCAS year you start with a clean LNAT slate. Your old result is expunged from the system.

(Not sure if this applies to you and your specific situation but does this help you at all? The distinction between a normal 12 month year and a UCAS year? There is alot of information on the LNAT site for you to check for yourself...)

Jo.
Wel given that the question bank thing about score adjustment can change every year as John pointed out I would guess you need to do it again fro that.
No, you can't carry your LNAT score forward. An LNAT result is valid for one UCAS year (1 September to 30 June), not for one calendar year. If you don't take the test during the same UCAS year as your UCAS application, you will be shown on the system as having no LNAT result.
