Applying through UCAS individually-HELP

Can anyone fill in your reference? Do they have to have the right to access UCAS to be able to fill in my reference? Or is it just a matter of filling in their email and phone number so UCAS will send them a link and password to have access to my application?

Technically, anyone can do it. However, they need to have known you in an official capacity, so you can't use a friend or relative. But if you're satisfied they can give a good reference - remembering that it's for academic purposes - then you need to ask them to check they agree to it. Once they have agreed, you fill in the section of the UCAS form (and apply as an individual). Use official details, so use the organisation address rather than their home address,and use an official email address rather than a personal one.
