I do pharmacy, and although we don't really cover anatomy in much detail, we do cover the other 3 in quite a bit of detail. Personally, I'm a big fan of pharmacology and I don't really find it that difficult. Physiology and biochemistry are both nice too and they're quite well-linked to pharmacology, but I would say pharmacology is easier for me personally.

With regards to pharmacy, I think that pharmaceutical sciences is quite annoying and difficult (for me) as it involves quite a bit of physics (especially formulation science), but I tend to enjoy pharmaceutical chemistry.

I didn't find any of them awfully hard as broad subjects...but within each there were definitely areas which stumped me e.g. neuroanatomy, renal physiology, etc.

Didn't really have any problems with pharmacology, it was probably my favourite pre-clinical subject.
