breakup

hi iv been going out with a girl for about 6 months now but for the last month or so shes just been really hard to talk to. its always me texting her and if i ask her go out she makes up a stupid excuse that she thinks i believe. she also confuses me saying that shes sorry and wants to see me soon etc crap like that. she does spend time with another guy who she says is just a friend. im starting to think shes keeping me around if the other guy doesn't like her back.
The fact is that i hate being messed about and being lead on which im pretty sure she is doing. so i want 2 end it if its true. and i was wondering how i should go about it? cuz i dont want 2 say i wanna break up straight away if im jus getting the wrong idea. should i call, text or TRY and get her to meet up.
