Hello, I am stuck on this question so could anyone help me please:
18. (b) use the result of (a) to find all solutions in the interval 0 < x < pi of the equation: 3tanx - tan3x = 1 - 3tan2x
Part (a) was to show that:
tan3x = 3tanx - tan3x /1 - 3tan2x
which I was able to prove!
EDIT: I'VE WORKED IT OUT, TREAD CLOSED
