actually frm wot i read the modern definition is ' some1 who doesn't socialise with others'


my friend gets all defensive when if i call her a geek and says ' ure the one who lives on the internet'

Just because I study hard I dont classify myself as being geeky. I do all the other things that a "normal/average" person does. I enjoy other things and have other interests. So, no. :smile:

Me? No. I havent a clue about computers, im crap at sciences and maths, I dont understand Matrix, and im, well, I guess im a little in the "out there" catagory. :tongue:

You lot misunderstand, simply studying ard doesn't allow you to be given the prestigious title of geek, you must also live the geek lifestyle. You must love your computer as you would a partner (my tower is called sakura), you must have very little social life that doesn't involve computer or going to the cinema. Finally, the most important test is....... do you know what your FBS is?
