That person means that whilst moving house, you have obviously wasted some time. Not meaning that moving house is a waste of time.

No offence but the fact that you can't see this shows why you think you are going to fail. If you think you'll fail you undoubtedly will. You won't fail...you just need to get your skates on. Now you have moved house there is no excuse. Work hard in class, revise at any time you feel comfortable, maybe attend after school classes.
Practise past papers, and most importantly HAVE FAITH! If you say you can't..you can't, but if you say you can you can. I don't mean to patronise, but spending less time on here, and more time in books will do something to your grades.
    Get a better attitude too.

Erm...moving house stopped you from concentrating for the whole year

Sorry, I've know people who've had worse things than that happen during their GCSE's and they didnt complain.

4 weeks is definately plenty of time, just get revision books/syllabuses, revise, and do the best you can.

thanks for ure reply but i knew wot he meant. Ive neva actually believed in that theory 'if u think u can u can' as the ppl who underestimate themselves tend to do well (unless they just act inconfident to avoid sounding arrogant).
ure right i should spend less time on ere but im an addict to this site!
thanks again for your advice its helped a little
