Worth applying to a uni with entry requirements higher than my predicted grades?

Im currently in year 13 and wanting to do law with criminology at uni next year. My predicted grades are ABB, but all the unis I've looked at so far are AAB. Is it still worth applying or will I definitely get rejected? I don't think I will achieve above my predicted grades.
I do psychology (A), biology (B) and business & economics (B)

I've looked at Leicester, Manchester, Cardiff and Sheffield which are all AAB.

Thanks

Have one or two at most above your grades. Make the rest within your reach. If you do better than predicted, you can try adjustment.

They will still probably accept, I applied for courses with ABB last year and I got offers from all 5 unis. I don't know what my predicted grades were but they were probably BBB or something
