Don't seem to be fitting in

So I'm half way through my second week at uni, My house mates totally ignore my existence they all seem to talk to each other and when I hear them in the kitchen/living area I try and go and introduce myself and they just totally ignore me. I get on with my classmates there's only 2 who I really have some sort of connection with but outside class they both hang around with this lad who I went to college with who I don't like he totally almost made me fail college because of him like 80% of the work was team based and I was always stuck with him he never showed up on time, and if he did come in he would never do any work he would always just come in either of his face on drugs and annoy everyone I don't even know how hes on my course as he failed college. and it really pissing me off now that hes hanging around the only 2 people I seem to have a connection with.

I just end up sitting in my room alone all the society's suck and I dont really drink either
