I'm considering buying this laptop, but the offer seems too good to be true, as it has Microsoft Office installed, small light weight and AMD A4.

I used an Asus Eee PC a couple of years ago, it was pretty terrible, too slow and too small to get anything done. I'd recommend a Chromebook or a tablet instead if you want something cheap and portable, instead of a laptop that's not really cut out to run Windows. With regards to Office or similar software, you can do that pretty much all of that for free using internet based services these days, so buying something without Office shouldn't really be an issue.

Do remember that it is a budget end laptop(really a netbook) to be honest. So don't expect great things, but enough to do basic things.
