Please Help! Maths question exponents...

Hi All, I am afraid my memory has left me and I am having a nightmare with this question!

Would really appreciate it if someone could show me how to do it?

(6^x) = 10/3 - (6^-x)

Thanks,

J

Try substituting y=6^x in, then see if it looks familiar.

I was looking at a hidden quadratic earlier but I keep seem to be messing up the substitution for (6^-x)? It's just been one of those days haha...
