What would you do?

I dont usually like making these kinda threads as I always think i'll get bashed by loads of people and I've been thinking about posting this or not for the last like hour but here goes.

Theres a girl at college we've been friends for a few years now we got talking because her brother was in my class. The other day we were sitting in the refectory just talking for nearly 2 hours over a J20 and a muffin (woooow :p:

) So I like her more than just friends but i'm not sure if it works the other way around i'm not exactly confident. Do you think I should say something or just leave it and not risk the friendship? Her brother is one of my 'friends' but he is such an arse he must have had 15 girlfriends since i've known him he's only after one thing.

I posted as anon and left the picture out which i posted on another board just incase one of them is a member here I dont think they will be but just incase.

errrm best thing you can do is keep to the friendship but try and develop it. try spend more time with her, because if you jump and shout I LOVE YOU it may come across as :-/ woah.

im sure you may both have a chance, just give it time..

Ask her out on a date as a friend, drop a film you want to see into conversation and say you feel like a loser going by yourself (say whoever you usually go with - preferably use the word friend - doesnt want to see it) and would she like to come.

Do it all jokey. Then take her home, kiss on the cheek as a way of saying goodbye.

I'm sure her answer won't change between now and in a few weeks or months; if she likes you, she likes you... if she doesn't, too bad.

No peoples opinion on someone can change over time, so spend more time with her and like someone said try and develope it, has she given you any indication she might like you more? One thing is tho dont get to into the friends zone as then asking her out will get harder and harder. So spend a little more time and then just talk to her about it.
