300g of pasta. Boil it up, there's your 1000 calories.

If you can't manage to eat 300g of pasta (which will obviously weigh more once boiled) then slightly over 150g of peanuts will just about do it.

Pasta for carbs, peanuts for fat and protein.

I'd say nuts are the best bet. Expensive but cashews and pistachious are excellent. All providing good fats and protein, which is what you need if you want muscle mass on.

Yeh, pasta, nuts, tonnes of fruit n veg, why not try protein shakes or something? I can't recommend ur GP enough, mine, at least, knows his stuff like no-one's nobody's business.

Yep, nuts are high in calories so get plenty of them down yer neck!
Eat three weetabix. They have almost 400 calories each, and taste good, and, unless you eat more than six, you won't feel ill after eating them.

You could snack loads during the day and drinkt hings like smoothies or fruit juice rather than just water. Depending on how healthy you want to eat really. If i didnt care about being healthy i would just snack on things like cakes and chocolate bars . Maybe having toast for breakfast because bread is like 200 calories a slice with peanut butter or something. Cup soups have loads of calories aswell! But like the other posts you should eat pasta with sauces and stuff because that will give you loads of energy aswell as filling you up and the calories you are looking for.
Crunchy peanut butter, just eat the stuff.

Weetabix? They have about 82kcal in them. They have 332kcal per 100g, but one piece doesn't equal 100g. :P
yea if you literally would rather pop a pill and be done with it, and dont want to have to spend time eating that 1000 cals, the best option is nut products, imo. 150g of nuts will be gone before you even notice youve opened the packet, theres 1000 cals.

Sultanas/raisins/other dried fruit - really low fat, tons of carbs for energy, high in cals! Works for me, helps me pack in 2,900 daily, but they ARE a natural kind of laxative, so be prepped for some serious toilet duty every morning. Don't overdo them, or you end up glued to the dunny and all the cals get wasted

Indeed; why, all things considered, I'm frankly astonished that we haven't already harnessed them as an environmentally-viable alternative to plutonium.

Numpty.

Around 7 cans of beer should get you those calories.
Oh f**k. Sorry, alright, I'm f**king sorry. I don't have a damn clue about calories, and thought that weetabix had a fair few calories. I'm so f**king sorry I made a mistake.
