I do Chem, Bio, Maths and English Lit AS levels and hope to continue the first three next year. All of the unis I want to go to specify Chemistry and one other science as their requirement. I am scared nobody will accept me because I don't study AS Physics. What do you think about my chances of getting a chemistry degree?

Those are fine. You probably stand the best chance if you drop English Lit after AS though.

You only need physics for degrees like chemical physics. For a straight degree in chemistry you usually need chemistry + maths/1 other science so you should be fine
