A-level modular grades UCAS

Should I have included my AS modular grades under the pending full A-levels? I entered the modular UMS and overall AS grade under each AS. Should I have also included this information on the full A-level section?

Yes - if you include your achieved AS modular grades in your A level it is then clear that you are not resitting any AS modules.

If you've submitted your application then contact the email towards the bottom of this page to make changes: http://www.ucas.com/how-it-all-works/undergraduate/tracking-your-application/making-changes UCAS are very quick at sorting these things out.

Thanks. I gave UCAS a call and they told me that I shouldn't have entered my AS levels separately, and should have only put the AS which I have dropped, and just put the modular grades from AS under the full A-level. I researched this before submitting my application and I was completely sure that if your school certificates (mine does) AS then you have to include them separately. Do you know anything about this?

Never EVER call UCAS about stuff like this. The people on the phones don't have a clue most of the time (note sometimes you get lucky but they dump their most inexperienced staff on the phones with little support and have a culture where they're encouraged to answer questions even if they don't know the right answer).

They don't even know their own guidance: http://ucasonline.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/entering-levels-and-as-levels-on-your.html explains how to enter your AS and A levels. It is VERY clear and almost all applicants should enter their AS grades (all of em) as well as any pending A level results for the subjects they're continuing.

Don't phone them - just email the [email protected] address with the changes you need to make.
