Second sitting of Highers?

So my first sitting of Highers was in 2012 at a local college where I achieved AAB and N/A in geography, psychology, english and sociology. At the time I wasn't really interested in going to university and wanted to do something other than highers so I applied for a level 6 course in Applied Sciences.

The SCQF Level 6 in Applied Sciences contained the units for higher biology and chemistry which I sat all the NABs for, but we didn't have the opportunity to sit the exams. The year after I decided to take up 4 more highers, including chemistry and human biology, but didn't sit the exams due to personal circumstances and left the course in March this year.

My question is, if I were take up higher chemistry and human biology as evening classes, would this count as my second or third sitting of highers? I wasn't too sure, considering I essentially sat the entire chemistry and biology course in my level 6 course and then I went and sat all the NABs again the year after.

Thank you in advance for any advice or insight!
