Transfer uni from a foundation year

Hello
I would like to know if it is possible to change uni after a foundation year?
I am study social sciences but this uni wasn't my first choice. I ended up here just because I stupidly rejected QMUL and KCL because I wanted to take a gap year but at the end I decided to go to uni and this uni was the only to have still places available..

Is it possible to change uni? Are KCL and QMUL likely to accept students from other uni?
