Streaming TV shows

Can you use the university's wifi eduram to stream TV shows from sites such as 'iwatchonline'? I follow several US TV shows that do not air in the UK for a long while after air date that I'd like to put on in the background, but at the same time as I live in halls I don't want to be banned from the internet for doing this if it is not allowed.

Any help would be appreciated.
