The answer lies in there - eat 1g -1.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight
Eat a reasonably decent diet avoiding ultra high fat, high salt crap where possible

Lift 3-4 times a week and cardio 2-3 times a week and you'll be perfectly healthy... I've told you this before as well
