Hi All

Really struggling at the moment, I had sent my birth certificate off the second week of September to student finance; however I have heard nothing back, and have been unable to get anywhere on the phone. I obviously still want my certificate back and I do ideally want to do my psychology degree course, but basically need to decide whether or not to withdraw entirely or pursue this?
