firstly you need to look at the variables what are you going to keep the same. In this case you will keep the amount of yeast used the same and use the same TYPE of yeast. You should make sure you choose a range of conditions such as hot, cold, moist, dry and ensure exposure to each condition is for the same amount of time say 5 minutes?. You need a method of measuring co2 gas perhaps a gas syringe will work?. you should treat this experiment as a mini coursework by stating an aim, hypothesis, method, results, conclusion, evaluation etc. You need to aslo describe what other apparatus you need to use and above all WHY, such as testubes or beakers for the yeast and how many you will need.
