Between modern Greeks and Arabs?

I didn't know where to post this but I've read of claims that there are genetic similarities -- is there any evidence for this?

Appreciate all the help!

Having done absolutely no research after reading your question, and responding purely from background knowledge: it's certainly plausible. Genetic similarity tends to correlate with geographic proximity, and Greece and the Middle East are fairly close together. They're both Mediterranean.
