Oxford Chemistry Prelims

Whoever could send me the oxford chemistry prelims past papers would be appreciated.

Are you starting this year? As soon as you're in Oxford, you'll be able to download them all.

If you really want any in particular, send me a private message saying which and an email address, and I can send them to you. (I've only got the 'new style' prelims on my computer though.)

If you've yet to do interviews as I suspect, however, and think prelims might give you some hints about what to expect - they really won't. Or at least at my college, interviews were a lot more like tutorials than exams.
Incidentally, I seem to recall - but my memory often fails me, so I may be completely wrong - that you were intending to apply to my college (ie, Catz) ... yay, good choice. :smile:

I think you'd find the syllabus far more enlightening than the exam papers. Try the chemistry website and you should be able to find it.

Indeed, you should have a look at the undergraduate handbook (which contains the syllabus): http://www.chem.ox.ac.uk/teaching/UndergradHandbook05.pdf

is there anyway to download them from the internet? I go to oxford but my home computer wont let me access the papers! i'm a bit paniced as i need to do them over the holidays!
I have an oxford email/password/nexus account but i still can't work out how to get them
