AS biology pls help

i need to know for my coursework please help :
how do you make 0.1 sucrose solution using 1.0M sucrose and distilled water

ok my activity sheet says prepare a series of 6 sucrose solutions using 1.0M sucrose and distilled water to give range of 0.0-0.1M
then measure 25cm^3 of each sucrose concentration into separate boiling tube
so how much water do i add ?
You sure thats the question a scale from 0-0.1M! To get 0.01M you would have to add 1 part sucrose, 99 part water!
