Yes they are extremely rare. When ever I go to Blackpool and see a Leyland Atlantian still in service I get turned on by it.

"sorry Mrs, I can't go to the beech with you, I need to get intemet with a double decker bus"

Can it be someone who isn't alive anymore? If so, I'd choose someone who knew Jane Austen - I'm not to fussy about who exactly. I wouldn't want to be Austen herself...I'd just love the chance to have a conversation with her.
And if it can't be someone dead, then I'd want to be a guy, just to see what it's like, and to find out whether people react to you and treat you differently.

I think that's an absurd question.

If YOU were someone else, you wouldn't be them, you'd be you. So it'd be a contradiction if you could be both yourself and them at the same time.

Hence, such a thing is not even imaginable or understandable, let alone possible.

I'm sure the question was intended to be entirely hypothetical (*grin*).
