cervix

sorry know this was done recently but have a doctors appointment tomrrow as i seem to be bleeding on and of and its like my cervix has moved downwards. Anyway im really scared of going to the doctors and what they might say, i know no one can help but them not sure why im posting suppose just looking for a bit of support. anyone been to the drs with simmilar problems what they likely to do?

When you say you're bleeding on and off how often are you bleeding?

If you've been under a lot of stress recently it can put a lot of pressure on your body, and this can seriously mess up your menstrual cycle which leads to some VERY odd periods.

Just take a deep breath, and remind yourself that you're going to see someone while you still have early symptoms of some sort of problem, making it MUCH easier to sort out than if you wait a few months and go the Doc when you're in a lot of pain or very upset and worried.

no its not my period it bloody discharge in between periods. yeah i know i shouldnt be scared but i am. The only person i could talk to about it, is out og the country for 10 months, its silly and irrational but all i can think is that its going to be something really bad.

Youre doing the best thing by getting it checked. Just relax when you go for your appt. Your doctor/nurse might do a smear test which will be painless aslong as you relax. Its a little uncomfortable but not really that bad, plus its done really quickly! Im sure you'll be fine, good luck anyway :smile:
