(This isn't about me by the way!)
There's this girl whose uncle (related) has a wife, whose nephew wants to go out with her. They share an uncle by marriage but are not actually related by blood.
So basically it's her Mum's brother and his Aunt's husband.
Call me dumb but I'm curious.

Strictly speaking the offence is not called incest any more.
If either party is under 18, the key questions are whether they live in the same household and whether one is responsible for the supervision of the other. If both of these are present, then a sexual relationship would be a crime, otherwise not.

If they are adults, then no problem
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/42/section/64
Moreover they would be able to marry (Part I lists the people who can't marry at all and parts II and III those who can marry in restricted circumstances)

If I understand this correctly this is the girl's mother's (or father's) brother's wife's brother's (or sister's) son.
