I feel exactly the same. This week I've cut out caffine, started doing exercises, cut out white bread, drinking tons of water, eating fruit when I'm hingry, having bran flakes for breakfast. It's a combination of exericse and eating. I still don't feel any better but I hoping I will eventually.

Drink 2 litres of water a day, walking is good.

More complex carbs, they give you a sustained release on energy throughout the day. Avoid simple, sugary carbs. They give you a quick rise in blood sugar levels and insulin, and then a complete crash of blood sugar, leaving you more tired than to begin with.

Thanks, any examples of those foods Mr God? ^

Also I'm usually freezing cold, any foods I can eat to get my body temperature right? Or am I talking nonsense and just need a jumper

I'd wrap up warmer if you're cold.

Complex carbs: wholemeal rice, wholemeal pasta, wholemeal bread, rolled oats, sweet potatoes, baked beans, veg.

Simple carbs: sugar (and anything covered in/made of sugar, like sugary cereals and Nesquik), white bread, white pasta, white rice, potatoes, ice cream, pastries, full sugar drinks, etc.

^ Thanks, think I'll go make me some beans on wholemeal toast now.

Good choice! I love my baked beans. Personally one of my favourite meals is beans, onions and wholemeal toast.

Gorgeous stuff.

I love baked beans.

Unfortunately they make me fart a lot, so I tend to avoid them when I'm going to be around other people a lot. :frown:

Being weak and tired, breathless etc as well as being freezing cold all the time are symptoms of being anaemic. You're probably not anaemic at all but i think perhaps you should ask your doctor to check theres not any proper medical reason why you feel like that.
