How do I do this?

This is my 2nd serious relationship and it was worse then the first as I went into it while I still wasnt over my first X. I didnt know my recent X well and on in the first month when we first met, we ended up sleeping together. She has turned out really manipulative and a playa while I fell for her. She made me forget my X as I gave her all my attention, now me and the recent x has finished things as shes a cheat and I need to walk away but I havn't.

I have known for over 2 months shes a cheat but shes so clever the way she handles things and what she says, so I tend to belive her each time but the reality is, she is a cheat and I need to get away but dont know how as I keep making calls or texts.

Every time you want to call or text her, remind yourself of the fact she stabbed you in the back.

I do try but its her fake innocence and how she talks to me that lets me give her the benafit of the doubt each time.

You know the saying once bitten, twice shy? When you're bitten what is probably more than 20 times by now and you're still not shy, you clearly enjoy being bitten.

This girl has cheated on you many times and you no that, you said she had fake inosence so you no she has done it so just STOP talking to her! Make a big list of all the things she has done to you that you hated or things you didnt like about her and each time you go to text her read the list.
Maybe you should start with
