I spoke to the LEA saying I'd been waiting for the online application forms to be working and they said not to worry, keep trying and if it still didn't work in a couple of months, to get in touch again for an application form. That's for non-income assessed. She didn't seem aware of any deadlines!

hey koko. u need to fill in the form so that you dont have to pay the full uni fees that overseas students have to pay (around £9000). by filling in this form you will not have to pay £8000 as the LEA will pay it.

by the way get a loan anway and place it into an ISA. fre money!!!!

the form is for two purposes

1) to get the LEA to pay part of your tuition fees

2) to get a student loan

even if you do not want a loan, you have to send the form off to get your tuition fees paid. (if you meet the criteria)

Possibly -contact your LEA and ask them if it's alright to change and give them your details so that your form wont be processed until they recieve a completed income assessmend section.
