Do I have a right to an explanation?

I was friends with someone for a few months, I called them up one day and she say that she doesn't want me to ever call her again (O_o), when I asked for an explanation, she said 'I don't have to explain myself to you'. So I thought okay, this person doesn't deserve my time if she's going to be that rude.

The thing is, I don't know what I did or said wrong. I don't know why she doesn't talk to me? I don't recall doing anything wrong. People come and go in everyone's life, and I can take it but I've never been in a situation like this where someone has said they never want to speak with me again, and without explanation! I can live without talking to timewasters like her, but it bugs me everytime I think about her, because there're alot of things that remind me of her.

I've tried asking her once for an explanation, but no reply. What should I do? It bugs me so much. Do I have the right to an explanation? Surely it's the civilised way?

People can change very suddenly and sometimes these arent always for the good. You think you know someone better than yourself and then they go and do somethings leaving you lost for words!
