im currently studying in malaysia and doing mech. engineering with a uk dual degree.
but i want to study in UK and looking forward for a transfer.

Your doing a dual degree. Your going to study in the UK. But you want to study in the UK? Doesn't make sense :/
I take it you mean you want to study permanently. Well you'll have to find out information about courses you are interested in and probably start from scratch (re-doing 1st year). You'll also have to look up student visas.
