I love raisins! I have them on Rice Crispies with warm milk and they go all fat - it's delish! I don't think they're that bad for you as they are fruit but they've got a lot of sugar in them so I'd go easy...

Grapes, Carrot sticks, raw cauliflower (maybe a bit dry though), Jaffa Cakes and chocolate biscuits.

aren't grapes just raisins before they were left in the sun for too long??

and jaffa cakes and chocolate biscuits are hardly healthy...

i might just bring a fruit bowl to work then i could have a choice!!!

Grapes don't have as high a sugar content as raisins I don't think. Jaffa cakes aren't that bad for you either but chocolate biscuits probably are (I just got carried away, sorry!). Make yourself a fruit salad - that's always more appealing than whole pieces of fruit. Make sure you put some lemon juice in it though otherwise the other fruit will go brown (which wouldn't be very appetising at all!!)

Date, eh? You see what I did there? Ah, never mind. The only other word I can think of is sultana, and if I made a comment with that in it wouldn't be too grape.

Bloody hell, this is getting as bad as when we did Poisson distribution in Statistics last year. Oh so predictable. *every* fish joke under the sun was made. Prawn, cod, mullet, you name it, we crowbarred it into the conversation
