I'm taking a modern language AS/A2 level course, but I don't know for certain if I'm only doing AS or A2 as well. It depends on the difficulty of the language. I plan to send my application off within a week or less, but I'm honestly undecided about doing the full A level or just half of it, so I will highly likely change my mind after paying and sending it off.

I've looked on the UCAS website and they state "Let us know at [email protected] right away if any of your exam details change". Then it has some bullet points about the exam subjects and other related details. Does the bold part mean that there's a possibility that my request to change/add the modern language course could be rejected? I'd really hate them if they were to not accept my change.

tl;dr - I want to add an A2 module after I've sent my UCAS application off. Will they reject this?

There's no way they can refuse to change the exams listed on your form if you have changed your mind, because if the form says something different to what you're actually doing, that counts as fraud. I'm not sure what gave you the idea that they could simply refuse to change information which had become incorrect.

That at all being said: the deadline is in January. Is there any chance of making a decision one way or the other between now and then? Maybe it would be better to wait until you're certain before sending off your application.
