and my grades are Bio - A, Maths - A, Chem - B, Physics -B, and predicted 3A's for Bio,math and chem and i think i have a strong PS so based ontheese what do u suggest?and is there a way where i can transfer from one uni to cambridge for med?

I'm at BSMS, medicine is slightly odd in that you really can't look at where universities are ranked to determine how good they are. the different league tables vary widly in where they place the universities. I am not sure about transfering, I know that it is possble between some universities however I don't know what the rules are reguarding cambridge.

You would be better of looking at the course structures and how much clinial contact they have, whether you want PBL or not and then use that to decide. All the universities that you have mentioned are of a high quality.
