Interviews and offers help!!

I'm currently looking into studying Paramedic science at university, once I send my UCAS application off to all my selected uni's and get offers back, do I then choose my first and second choice unis and only have to go to those interviews? or would i have to go to an interview at every offer I get?

Go to every interview. As the interview forms part of the selection process. You will get asked to interview. So go. Then they will decide if they should give you an offer or not.
You don't automatically get an offer purely from your application.
