Of course. Unless I needed the money. It's only one day a week, after all.

Reply 2

That's what makes me sound so pathetic 'cos it is only one day a week, but I really hate it.

So quit, if you can afford to. Otherwise, be looking for another job.

Reply 4

Yeah, I guess that is the obvious thing to do. Thanks.

Reply 5

My pleasure.

I'm in the same position as the OP. But i need to run a car, so quitting isn't really an option at the moment

I had a job at McDonalds. I quit it after 3 weeks. Couldn't stand the the female managers. The restaurant manager was a good bloke, but they were cows. And I just didn't like working in a kitchen. Unless you need the money then f**k it, get outta there while you still have some sense of humanity.

Stick with it and don't be such a weakling! It's a test of character and resilience, stick it out and earn the money you need.

That sounds bad - I hate working with all girls.

That's the thing with my job, though - the people are lovely, it's just me. I hate feeling cramped in a place.

A part time job is a part time job. It doesn't pay the bills, leave. Its not worth the upset.
