Philosophy 10 mark question help

Hello,

I don't know how to answer this question for a philosophy exam. It is my first essay exam at AS level and I am wondering if someone could help me please.

The question is:

The analogy of the cave tells us nothing about reality (10 marks)

fundamental answer " What is defined as reality"

To the prisoners what they see the shadows are reality as from their perspectives that is what they experience.
Also the ascent by the prisoners and then the subsequent descent would show us that some peopel are scared from the truth and would rather live in blissful ignorance if they could i.e. matrix
