the people are speaking. is it time to have a computing sub-forum?

considering this is the internet i feel there would be sufficient interest and demand for such a subforum, dedicated towards disscussion including solving peoples computer problems etc.

people please add your pros and cons to the idea

*crap, mod please add a poll just yes/no cheers, my computer froze

    Marmite is nice!

What will you talk about in a computer sub-forum :| seems like a waste of time. a "Ultimate Computer/Technical Help" thread would make more sense tbh!

    heh. that seems subtly ironic.

Anyway, yeah. A computing subforum would be excellent.

Having a computing subforum funnily enough will attract people with computer problems(people who type in IVE GOT A VIRUS in google for example) which surely isnt what the site is for? And I hardly ever see people posting about computer related problems on the site...

True, keeps the jargon away from "general chat".

By the way, your quote from Howard: which book/website did he copy (/and paste) that from?
