Hi, I've been given my first assignment in Personal and Professional Development in Health and Social Care.

However, I'm struggling to understand what the questions are asking me. Could someone simplify them for me so it's easier to know what I need to do? I don't want the answers just the question broken down possibly?

My tutor is now on holiday and it's half term next week so I can't ask her anything until the day I'm back which is the same day the assignment is due!

1.1 compare personal values and
principles with the principles of
support for working in health and
social care

1.2 assess how personal culture and
experience influence own role in
supporting users of services and
others in health and social care
settings

1.3 discuss how new developments and
changes to personal values can
impact on work in health and social
care

Thanks.

I've only been doing it since middle of September, so it's difficult to say.

You learn everything in your class then do your assignment, it's the understanding of the assignment questions that are hard.
