Advice needed

So I've spoken to my careers officer at my college about the potential routes for me to take at University after my 2 years at college. Although it's early days I've never been sure on what I'd like to pursue in life so after much consideration, thought and research Accounting has cropped up several times.

I achieved a GCSE Grade B in Mathematics, however haven't taken Accounting or Mathematics at AS but have taken a subject which is able to tie in quite well, Economics.

Do universities typically require an AS/Alevel in Accounting for applicants?

Anyone got some advice for me?
Best option is to check out the universities website and look at the Accounting course and it will usually say what A-Levels are required or preferred.

In my experience I would say you would definitely need Maths at at least AS-level :/
