Hi, just some basic information (might be useful); I'm female, 17 years old and 5ft 6. Tuesday last week, I went to the doctors about having musclular/joint/general pain all over my body (mainly in legs, back, neck and arms). He weighed me and I weighed 8st 1lb, I think, it was definitly around the 8st mark and when I weighed myself around 3 days before that I was 8st 2lb. He has sent me to go get blood tests which I will be doing either tomorrow or sometime next week.
I just weighed myself now and I weigh 7st 2lb. This has shocked me a lot. Either my scales are very broken or I've lost around a stone in 2 weeks. I don't exercise other than walking to the bus stop everyday. I eat okay, I wouldn't say I ate 3 meals a day and I don't eat much (just because I don't get hungry).
I'm a bit worried. What kind of things would cause me to loose a lot of weight so quickly? I wouldn't have thought my eating would cause it, since I do eat and I eat regulaly - just not a lot and not like 3 main meals a day (kind of like a sandwich here and there and such).
Except from eating a lot more, what can I do to regain some weight (and also despite losing weight, I don't really look like I have - I look average and healthy, I think).
