HI Guys, I am currently doing a foundation degree part time and I an currently studying commercial management.
I Was hoping someone could help me with a question.
Does a contractor have to request a instruction expending a provisional sum before the architect can issue it?
Also can an architect only issue an instruction expending a provisional sum after a quotation has been received for the work required to be executed?
