CPT6-Analysis-Help

Im going to do a booking, stock, finance etc..(the usual stuff) system, and i am going to complete it in access.
However, my tutor says i have to do a "Possible solutions" section in the analysis.
Im really stuck on what to write, i have some ideas of -
a spreadsheet, web-based, programming...but i cant think of what to write for them!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Start simplistically. Can pen and paper (or some card system) do the job? If not why not.

Then evolve the system, you say that a computer based system is required. Do look at the alternatives and state what their advantages and disadvantages are and the rationale behind why your chosen method is better than the others.

I.e. Excel - flat formated, wouldn't be ideal for a multi tabled system.
Web-based - can easily implement databases / convert for online shopping (blah blah blah) - security issues (etc).
