Ok I did this last year. However I used the metaphor section of the critical anthology.
Some of my classmates done feminism though and these are the texts they used:
Wuthering Heights
The Handmaids Tale
Jane Eyre
The Great Gatsby
Much Ado About Nothing
A Dolls House
The Colour Purple
The Bell Jar
The Scarlett Letter
Anna Karenina

Remember it doesn't have to be a novel or a novella, it can also be a play or poem
